About Oona Indonesia

PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta, Tbk ("Oona Indonesia") is part of the Oona group of companies and is majority owned by Oona Indonesia Pte. Ltd. Oona Indonesia is an indirect subsidiary of Oona Holdings Pte. Ltd., a holding company incorporated in Singapore which is backed by funds advised and managed by Warburg Pincus LLC. They completed the acquisition of shares in Oona Indonesia from Mapfre Internacional SA in 2022.

Oona Indonesia will continue to maintain its commitment to all customers, clients and business partners, with its mission to help customers live a boundless life. Oona Indonesia provides comprehensive general insurance products through diverse distribution channels, with customer-focused services and digital capabilities.

Oona Indonesia is ready to provide relevant protection solutions according to technology developments, industry needs, customer behavior, and the new normal lifestyle. To provide optimal protection and service, Oona Indonesia is present through 33 Branch and Representative Offices, 567 Workshop Partners, and 2,253 Health Service Providers throughout Indonesia.
