Abhishek Bhatia
President Commissioner
Abhishek is the founder of and helms Oona’s growth roadmap and development. His passion for digitizing and simplifying insurance and providing best in class customer experience inspired him to establish Oona. He has 25 years of experience across various geographies and industries. Before founding Oona, he was with FWD Group where he served as Group Chief Officer of New Business Models and CEO for FWD Singapore. Prior to that he was the CEO of Prudential Poland and held numerous senior roles across the globe, including Malaysia and India. He is an Economics Graduate from SRCC, University of Delhi and holds a post-graduate in Management from IIM Kolkata.
Francisco Noriega Malave

Indonesian citizen was born in Venezuela in 1952, completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla (Missouri School of Mines) – USA, and completed the Master Business Executive Program at IESA – Caracas, Venezuela. Professional experience as an executive in several companies, including as Vice President of Commercial, Marketing and Logistics at Cemex Venezuela (1994 – 1997), as President of Cemex Caribean (1997-1999), subsequently serving as Country President at PT Cemex Indonesia and Deputy Managing Director of PT Semen Gresik (1999-2007). During the last few years at PT Semen Indonesia Tbk, he served as a Consultant to several companies including Red White Communication and The Jakarta Consulting Group, before finally joining PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk as Independent Commissioner since November 2017.
Herwan Ng

Indonesian citizen born in Tanjung Pandan in 1972. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, UK. Working as an auditor at PwC Indonesia and the Netherlands in 1995-2005. Continuing his career as Director of Finance and CFO at Rio Tinto Indonesia in 2005-2019. Then he was appointed as Managing Director of the AWR Lloyd Indonesia strategy consulting office in 2019-2020. His previous experience in the financial industry includes member of the Audit Committee of PT Maybank Finance Indonesia (2015-2022), Independent Commissioner of PT Hewlett Packard Finance Indonesia (2016-2022), member of the Risk Monitoring Committee of Indonesian Export Financing Institutions (2020-2021), member of the Risk Monitoring Committee of PT Maybank Finance Indonesia (2022-present), and member of the Audit and Risk Monitoring Committee of PT Caterpillar Finance Indonesia (2021-present). He joined as Independent Commissioner of PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk in October 2022 and became effective after passing the Fit and Proper Test from OJK in February 2023.

Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta, 1954. Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Economics, Trisakti University. Began his career in 1977 as an external auditor at SGV Utomo Public Accounting Firm, and has professional experience in several fields of the food industry and financing and reinsurance. In 1986-1990 served as Finance Director of PT Pioneerindo Gourmet International Tbk, as President Director of PT Primaswadana Perkasa Finance (1994-1996), as President Director of PT KLC Dharmala Finance (1996-1999) and joined ABDA as an Independent Commissioner in 2015 after previously served as Commissioner of PT airlines reinsurance Indonesia (2003-2013).

A French citizen born in 1979, obtained his Higher National Diploma degree at Lycee Jolimont Toulouse in France and continued his insurance education at DECOF, France. Starting his career at SAGE as a Car Warranty claims handler expert in France (2001-2003) then joined the MAPFRE Warranty – France as Operation Supervisor (2003-2007), as Technical & Operation Director, and Special Risk Managing Director (2012 – 2014). In the last few years in Indonesia, he served as a Business Advisor at the MAPFRE Warranty (2014-2016), as Managing Director at MAPFRE ABDA Assistance (2016-2018), before finally joining PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk as an Operational Support Director since April 2018.

Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta in 1974. Obtained her Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta. She has 25 years of experience in finance and insurance. Starting her career in finance at PT BII Lend Lease Investment Services, he later joined PT Asuransi Sinar Mas, PT Alpha Multi Service, PT Menara Dana Sejahtera, PT Asuransi Umum Mega and PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika. She joined PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk as Head of the Accounting Division and in 2022 she was appointed as Director.
Fenni Sutanto

An Indonesian citizen who was born in Kerinci, Jambi, in 1978. She has completed his Masters in Fire Safety Engineering & Management at the University of Indonesia. She started her career from 2000 to 2004 at PT. Zurich Insurance Indonesia. Then until 2009 she continued her career at PT. Asuransi AIU Indonesia as Property Profit Center Manager, and in the same year served as Regional Underwriting Manager at PT. Chartis Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd Singapore. In 2012 served as Chief Operations Officer at PT. JLT Broker until 2016, then worked at PT. Asuransi Asoka Mas with the same position. Then she had a career at PT. Asuransi Sinar Mas as Head of the Engineering Division, until early 2020 succeeded in occupying the position of Marketing Director at PT. Asuransi Candi Utama. In 2023, Fenni Sutanto will be listed as the Head of Technical Director of PT. Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk.
